I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. Leo and Jane went above and beyond, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a premium and enjoyable stay.

Mixed experience. The hotel has a nice location, the service is fast and nice. It depends which room you get. I got a not so nice one, directly located at the coffee lobby. I had to ask twice the people there at 23:00 to be less noisy, cause the rooms are not sound proofed at all. I can hear everything, what makes sleeping without earplugs a nightmare. Also I cannot open the windows cause I hear every 5 min a huge ventilator. It was ok for one time , but I will not come back. I would wish me from the hotel , that they implement a house rule that at 22:30 people should respect to be not so loud. Or to make the rooms sound proofed when they are close to the lobby. Update: after talking to the reception they offered to solve the problem and offer another room. But I guess when everything is booked, and there are no other rooms. This person has a disadvantage.

This hotel is in a great location with a short walk downtown. A underground train station (subway) and tram station are just around the corner. Lots of restaurants to choose from, but there is also a Restaurant/Bar on the ground floor of this hotel which has a great staff, Some speak English. The hotel itself also has friendly staff at the reception, and everything is clean and looks well taken care of. Our room was clean and comfortable. The heaters kept us nice and warm, and it looks like they also have an air conditioning unit in each room for the summer months. There is a parking garage in the back of the hotel, but if you can find street parking that is free on the weekends. I added a photo of the view of the street from our room. The breakfast was included in our stay and offered a great variety that left no one hungry.

Great location, 5 min walking distance to the underground station and 1 min walk to the tram stop. The rooms are spacious and very clean and a kettle with free instant coffee and tea. The breakfast buffet is very reach and offers both sweet and savory food. The staff is extremely kind: they let us switch a quadruple room with two double room without additional charge. Moreover, they let one member of our family stay longer on the checkout day (she was sick with high fever and could not visit the city with us). That was very thoughtful! I strongly recommend your stay in Prague in this beautiful Hotel!
